Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were basic but clean, albeit with a terrible odour and a leak in the bathroom that made sleeping difficult. The constant smell of wet dog was unpleasant, as were the disturbances outside from people smoking and arguing late into the night.
The hotel rooms could do with a hairdryer, and the exterior looks shoddy. The condition felt grubby and the initial smell was unpleasant. However, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is suitable for an overnight stopover, although it may feel eerie. The dining experience was mixed, with some dishes being disappointing. Facilities are average overall.
The hotel was a letdown overall with stale smoke in the rooms, broken light switches, and a general need for tidiness. The noise and malfunctioning shower were additional disappointments during my stay. The service was a mixed bag with pleasant waitresses and helpful staff, but the location seemed noisy and unappealing, although convenient for the M25. The dining experience was unimpressive despite a few decent features. The hotel's facilities fell short of expectations as well.
